After a initial consultation, health assessment & testing, all clients will have a personalised training plan & set agreed goal setting. Enabling them to have a clear understanding of what, why & how they can achieve their desired outcome. Designed to be progressive, challenging and to take the client through all facets of fitness development.
Short specific sessions varying from 20-60mins. Allows clients to train around work & everyday life, keeping the enthusiam to improve. Providing constant support every step of the way, observing progress and providing objective feedback about the client’s limits and strengths in sessions.
