Nick has helped me put on 7 kg in lean muscle mass since October last year , and add an average of 20 kg in all my lifts
(40kg in my back squat ) even though I'm an experienced trainer Nick has improved my gym work 10 fold , he's always willing to push and help even just as a training partner nick is always correcting and guiding me in better techniques never in a patronising way always very supportive .

Strength and Conditioning/Rugby Coach
My son is a very avid and able sportsman with a particular passion for rugby. He has been training with Nick Runciman for a year now and the difference in his strength and performance since then has become extremely apparent.
With Nick's guidance and experience as a professional rugby player, my son will hopefully grow into a high-standard player.
Nick's nutritional knowledge has also been a key factor in my son's development, with sound ideas on how to eat well when taking on a lot of sporting activities.
We really respect Nick and look upon him as a great mentor to Will.

Making a difference
My son has played several team and individual sports, and we came across Nick 3 years ago when looking for some 1-2-1 skills coaching. Initially this was passing and kicking skills development.
Right from the first session Nick hit it off with Charlie - his enthusiasm seemed to plug in to Charlie's mind set and retain his concentration.
3 years on and Nick continues to improve Charlie's game with detailed experience and knowledge that he helps him transfer from practice into match day situations. He has taken the time to watch live games, trials, and DVD footage to monitor progress.
We have also used Nick to help with our squad sessions and also with small groups from our club side on common areas for improvement such as the tackle area and tackle technique - each player is showing great improvements.

I have been working with Nick for just under a year and throughout this time I have gained so much, not only by achieving my goals of rebalancing my overall strength and reshaping my posture, but In addition to this Nick's depth of knowledge and attention to detail. He makes sure exercise program's are fun, challenging but most importantly exercises are performed with good technique which is essential if you are going to get results.
My son loves his rugby and I wanted to give him every chance of success, with this in mind I took on Nick as his personal trainer.
Ever since Nick has always been helpful with all aspects of fitness, be it on the pitch with positional guidance, in the Gym, dietary guidance and has assisted him with improving rugby defence and also his top end speed.
