Teaching the fundamentals of boxing to clients whether they are a beginner or at advance levels. Boxing is traditionally known as a great form of training which helps individuals lose weight, increase fitness levels, develop general coordination and improve strength and agility. Also incorporating elements of boxing within training sessions creating diversity within workouts.
